Understand pending payments, delivery estimates, code access and missing orders.
When delivery starts
A placed order is first checked for payment confirmation. Available digital codes can be assigned after verification. Manual and supplier-based products require their own fulfilment steps. Use the estimate on the selected variant; a universal instant-delivery promise would not describe every product.
Where to find your purchase
Signed-in customers can open orders from their account. Keep the checkout email and order number if you bought as a guest. The order recovery form requests a private access link when the email service is available; submitting a form alone does not prove that an email was delivered.
If your order is delayed
Check whether the order says pending payment, paid, processing, delivered, expired or needs review. Do not pay again solely because a redirect was interrupted. Send support your order reference and payment reference without exposing full payment credentials.
