Information you provide
The store processes account names and email addresses, password hashes, cart and order records, payment status and references, support conversations and consent choices. Contact forms use the details you submit to handle your request. Do not include passwords, complete card details or unrelated sensitive information in support messages.
Why information is used
Information supports requested account services, order processing, digital delivery, support, fraud prevention and security auditing. Marketing requires a separate optional choice. Cookies and browser storage
The essential venshiro_session cookie maintains the session and cart and expires after up to 30 days. The venshiro-locale preference remembers the selected language. Browser storage can retain your language, guest wishlist and recent searches until you clear it. Signing out ends the active account session. Blocking essential storage may prevent account, cart or checkout features from working.
Service providers and disclosures
Configured hosting, email and payment services may process the data needed for their functions. Payment details entered on a provider’s site are subject to that provider’s notice. Access is limited by staff permissions. Operator-approved processor identities, hosting locations and any international transfer safeguards must be supplied before the relevant service handles live customer data.
Retention and your choices
You can change optional communication preferences in your account and request access, correction or deletion through support. The request will be checked to prevent disclosure to the wrong person. Some order, security or dispute records may need to be retained when justified by applicable law.
