Refund policy
Refund requests for unused, revealed, invalid or already-used digital codes and payment issues.
Before revealing or activating a code
Check the product, platform, region, denomination and account requirements before purchase. If you notice a mistake, stop before revealing or redeeming the code and contact support with your order number. Keeping a code unrevealed helps the store investigate whether cancellation is still possible; it does not by itself promise a refund.
Unused, revealed and activated products
An unused or undelivered product can be reviewed for cancellation under the applicable terms and law. A revealed code may no longer be verifiably unused; an activated code or completed top-up normally cannot be reversed by the store. These facts may affect discretionary change-of-mind requests but do not remove remedies for a faulty, misdescribed or undelivered product.
Invalid or already-used keys
First confirm the official redemption site, selected region and typed characters. Keep the error message, date and time and a screenshot with the full key and personal information hidden. Open a private request containing your order number, platform and exact error. Do not post the key publicly or repeatedly attempt redemption on unrelated sites. The store may need publisher or supplier evidence before deciding the remedy.
Missing delivery or duplicate payment
If payment appears completed but the order is pending, send the payment reference and amount through support. Do not create another order or make another payment while the first is being checked. A bank authorisation can remain pending without a settled charge. The order and provider records must be reconciled before a replacement delivery or refund is recorded.
How a request is handled
Support reviews the supplied facts and may request relevant evidence. An accepted remedy may be correction, replacement, a price reduction or refund as appropriate under applicable rights. The decision and next steps are recorded in the support conversation. No universal approval deadline, payout time or guaranteed refund is advertised while provider-specific arrangements are unconfirmed.
Withdrawal rights and payment disputes
Some markets have special rules for starting delivery of digital content during a withdrawal period. Where explicit consent and acknowledgement are legally required, simply visiting this policy is not that consent. Revealing a key does not waive every statutory right. You may contact your payment provider about an unresolved or unauthorised charge; please share accurate records and tell support if a dispute is already open so it can avoid duplicate handling.
